Rules for Using the Equipment Rental
Important Dates
An application for equipment rental can be submitted at any time during the semester.
Who can use the support?
Any student or doctoral student of Wrocław University of Science and Technology with special needs.
How long can I use the support?
For the duration of your studies at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
How often can I use the support?
The contract is signed for a maximum period of one academic year, renewable as needed.
Can I use the support during a dean’s leave or health leave?
Yes, as long as you are enrolled in courses during that period.
Instructions for obtaining equipment through the Rental Service
1. Review the Regulations on Support provided by our Department and the Equipment Rental Regulations
2. Download and complete the required documents listed below
3. Submit the signed documents at the DZD office (C-13, room 1.09)
4. Wait for an email confirmation that your request has been accepted for processing
5. After receiving the email, visit the Equipment Rental (building D-21, room 005) to sign the agreement and collect the equipment
