Psychological Counseling
What are individual psychological consultations within the Psychological Counseling?
The Department of Accessibility provides psychological counseling and immediate psychodynamic support. In difficult life situations, students and employees can receive free assistance from our specialists, who are always ready to listen attentively and offer guidance on how to overcome challenges. The university ensures a comfortable environment for conversations, complete anonymity, and professional psychological support within the Psychological Counseling Center.
A consultation session lasts 45 minutes and provides an opportunity to explore the issue together and consider how to best support the individual (no problem is too small to address).

Michał Rożko - psychotherapist
email: psychoterapeutamr@pwr.edu.pl
My name is Michał Rożko. I am a philosopher by education, a psychoanalyst, and a supervisor within the Polish Psychoanalytical Society and the International Psychoanalytical Association. I am the initiator and co-founder of a psychological counseling center for students at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2005. I offer consultation sessions where we can reflect together on your difficulties and consider how best to help. In my practice, I encounter a wide range of emotional issues experienced by my patients. I believe it is not worth postponing seeking help when one is suffering. Sometimes, the very decision to see a specialist is a significant internal step that brings hope. A conversation can offer support, a new perspective, and assistance in understanding oneself.
